CHOCOLATE CAKE WITH NUTELLA BUTTERCREAM FROSTING - WITH EGGS





This cake is very good in taste wise and also super moist. Basically i like moist cake more so it is definitely one in my favorite list.For this cake I have used Nutella cream frosting which is definitely like by all who are having sweet tooth:).While browsing in Internet for good , of course easy :) chocolate cake recipe this one impressed me and I tried immediately .As am totally new for baking  I tried my level best in frosting part :)Hope will improve my skills in upcoming try's :)Okay let's go to the recipe.


Ingredients :

  • All purpose flour.      2 cups
  • sugar.                     2 cups
  • Cocoa powder.      3/4 cup
  • Baking soda.         2 tsp
  • Baking powder.     2 tsp
  • Salt                        1 tsp
  • Eggs large.            2
  • Buttermilk.             1 cup
  • Vegetable oil.         1 cup
  • Vanilla.                    1 1/2 tsp
  • Boiling water.          1 cup

Nutella butter cream frosting ingredients 
  • Butter.                    1 1/2 cup
  • Milk.                     1 or 2 tblsn 
  • Icing sugar.           4 or 5 cups

  • Nutella.                 1 cup
 I halved the quantities for my cake

Method:
First grease the tray with oil / butter and flour
Preheat the oven for 180 degree Celsius for 10 minutes



Mix all the dry ingredients ie., flour , cocoa powder , baking soda, baking powder, sieve them twice or thrice to make them blend well.
In a large bowl mix oil and sugar first then add the eggs one by one and beat well using electric mixer or manually.





Then add buttermilk vanilla essence and boiling water and whisk them till mixing properly.
Add the dry mixture slowly and make them blend properly with the liquid using a spatula or with electric mixer in low speed.
Then transfer immediately to the greased pan and bake till the toothpick comes out clean.
Let the cake to cool completely and in the mean time prepare the frosting.












Nutella butter Frosting

Beat butter and Nutella smoothly using electric beater.


Then add the icing Sugar little by little and beat til it becomes right thick consistency.

 







 



 Add 1 or 2 tblsn milk in between while beating to get smooth frosting cream.
