Deepavali/Diwali is one of the very popular festival all over india. For us pongal and deepavali both are equally important. while thinking of deepavali, new dress, sweets/savouries and crackers are the things which comes in mind first. Before and all the deepavali excitemets/expectations will come a month before deepavali day. The common talkings in school were about the dresses and snacks :).
